1. Seller

Moovtips LLC, Limited Liability Company (LLC) organized in the United States, registered on January 22, 2026 (State of Wyoming, United States) under No. 2026-001873699, with its registered office at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.

2. Scope

These terms cover the services shown on moovtips.com: showcase and 3D websites, Shopify stores, SEO, advertising, content and videos, brand identity, print materials, automation, apps, IT, maintenance and monthly plans.

Allo Klaro AI receptionist plans are taken out on alloklaro.com and are not covered by these terms.

An accepted quote or written special terms add to these terms and prevail over them in case of conflict. The applicable version is the one in force on the day of your order.

3. Who these services are for

Our services are mainly for businesses: companies, tradespeople, shops, freelancers and non-profits. If you order as a consumer (outside any business activity), you also keep all your rights under the French Consumer Code, including the right of withdrawal in section 10.

4. How to order

On a quote: quotes are free and non-binding (form, questionnaire, phone, WhatsApp or email). The order is final when you accept the quote and pay the stated deposit.

Online order of a showcase or 3D website: after the questionnaire, a summary page shows the package, the speed (Standard or Express), any code, the total incl. tax, the deposit and the balance. You can check and change everything, then pay the 50% deposit on Stripe's secure payment page. The order is final once this payment is made; you receive a confirmation email with the link to your tracking page.

Payment from the Pricing page: you pay the 50% deposit of a one-off service, the full price of flyers, business cards and magnets, or the first month of a plan. Moovtips contacts you within 48 hours (business days) to get started.

5. Prices and discount codes

Prices are in euros and include all taxes (VAT not applicable). They are those of the public price list (Pricing page, https://moovtips.com/en/pricing) on the day of the order, or those of your quote. "From" prices are set by quote according to your project. The price of an online order is locked when the deposit is paid.

Not included unless stated otherwise: the ad budget you pay directly to Meta or Google, the Shopify subscription, IT hardware, hosting and domain name outside a care plan, and copywriting if you don't provide your own copy.

Discount codes are sent personally. One code per order, valid until the date given with the code. The discount applies to the package price (and to the Express fee when the code says so); it is checked at payment and shown on the summary before you pay.

6. Payment

Payment is by card (Visa, Mastercard) on Stripe's secure page: Moovtips never sees your card numbers. A Stripe invoice is issued for every payment.

One-off services: 50% deposit on order. For a website ordered online, the balance is paid from your tracking page, before going live; for other services, on delivery. Websites can be paid in 2 or 3 installments by agreement. Flyers, business cards and magnets: full price on order.

Plans: the first month is paid when you subscribe, then every month on the same card.

For business customers, any late payment incurs the penalties set by article L441-10 of the French Commercial Code and the fixed €40 recovery fee.

7. Lead times, Express and revisions

Online order, Standard speed: first preview of your site within 2 business days for a showcase site and within 5 business days for a 3D site, from payment of the deposit.

Express speed (€149 extra for a showcase site, €299 for a 3D site): preview within 4 hours for a showcase site and within 24 business hours for a 3D site. The countdown starts at payment if it is made on a business day between 9 am and 3 pm (Paris time), otherwise on the next business day at 9 am. The due date is shown before payment and confirmed by email.

Business days: Monday to Friday, excluding French public holidays, Paris time.

If the Express preview arrives after the promised date, the Express fee is refunded in full: the part paid with the deposit goes back to your card (within 5 to 10 days depending on your bank) and the balance is reduced by the rest. Your order continues as normal.

Revisions: free and unlimited for showcase and 3D websites ordered online. For other services, 2 rounds of revisions are included, then €50/hour, unless the price list or quote says otherwise.

Other lead times are those shown on the service page or in the quote. They assume you provide the requested information, copy, photos and access on time: any delay on your side pushes delivery back accordingly.

8. Delivery and going live

A website goes live once you approve the preview and pay the balance. Flyers, business cards and magnets are delivered as print-ready PDF files after you approve the proof; printing is not included.

Your accounts (domain name, advertising, Shopify store, Stripe, WhatsApp Business) are opened in your name.

9. Monthly plans

Plans (care, maintenance, monitoring, assistants, managed IT…) are monthly and paid in advance. They have no commitment and can be cancelled at any time with one month's notice, by replying to an email from Moovtips or by writing to moovtipsllc@outlook.com.

Exceptions: monthly ad management and monthly SEO have a 3-month commitment, then can be cancelled with one month's notice. Above €3,000 of monthly ad spend, ad management is increased by 10% of the spend, as shown on the price list.

10. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

Business customers have no right of withdrawal, except where the law grants one.

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw within 14 days of your order, without giving a reason, by writing to moovtipsllc@outlook.com (you can use the form below). We refund you within 14 days, using the same payment method.

If you asked for the service to start before the end of this period (for example by choosing Express), you pay for the part already performed on the date of your withdrawal. The right of withdrawal no longer applies to a service fully performed before the end of the period, when you asked for it and acknowledged losing this right, nor to files and designs made to your specifications and delivered with your agreement.

11. Ownership of the work

Once the service is fully paid, the work delivered to you (website, copy, visuals, files) belongs to you, and the accounts, domain name and data stay in your name. Third-party fonts, libraries and images remain under their own licenses.

You warrant that you have the right to use the copy, photos, logos and trademarks you give us.

Moovtips only shows a project in its portfolio with your agreement.

12. Moovtips' commitment

Moovtips performs its services with care, following professional standards, and commits to the means used. Results that depend on third parties (Google rankings, ad performance, platform decisions) cannot be guaranteed; we show you the progress and what we do.

These terms are written in French and governed by French law. Failing an amicable agreement, the dispute goes to the competent courts. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
