How is it different from Allo Klaro?
Allo Klaro answers the phone; the assistant answers in writing, on your website and WhatsApp. Both can work together.
Can it get things wrong?
It only answers from information you approved. If it doesn't know, it says so and forwards the question to you.
Do I need a WhatsApp Business account?
Yes, we help you create it and connect it to the assistant during setup.
