Only what you enter in the quote form or the project questionnaire: chosen services, name, company, email, phone, details about your project and any files. The site uses no advertising cookies and no analytics tools.
Use
To answer your request and send you a proposal. Legal basis: your consent and pre-contract steps taken at your request.
Recipients and transfers
Your request is saved in the private workspace of Moovtips LLC (Vercel Blob storage, United States), flagged to Moovtips by a WhatsApp alert (CallMeBot service) and, where applicable, sent by email through Resend (United States). The site is hosted by Vercel (United States). These providers apply recognized safeguards (standard contractual clauses).
Retention
Requests and uploaded files are automatically deleted from the private workspace after 6 months. Email or WhatsApp exchanges are kept for up to 3 years after the last exchange, then deleted.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, and withdraw consent, by writing to moovtipsllc@outlook.com. You may also contact your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).
